But honestly, this windy, cold weather we’re starting to get, always puts me in a cuddle up on my sofa, wrapped in a blanket, watching something on the TV, and eating out of a jar with a spoon kind of mood, wouldn’t you agree?
Well I have the perfect sweet treat for you all. An egg-less chocolate mousse, a vegan chocolate mousse, whatever you decide to call it, I promise you its

So, let’s whip us up a quick and easy chocolate mousse recipe for two.
What You’ll Need
Makes 2 small jars
- 200 ml of coconut cream
- 1 Tablespoon of sweetener – coconut sugar or maple syrup
- Splash of vanilla
- 1.5 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
- Handful of strawberries
- 1 – 2 cubes of dark vegan chocolate
Instructions
This is such a simple, light and creamy recipe minus all the heavy creams and sugars.
You can literally whip this up in 10 minutes before your guests arrive, it’s that simple. Yet so good!
1. Chill the coconut cream can in the fridge, preferably overnight, and slowly pour out only the coconut cream, leaving the watery liquid in the can.
2. Whip the coconut cream until stiff peaks form, then take out 2 heaped tablespoons for the whipped cream layer in just a bit.
3. Now, add the sweetener of your choice, the vanilla and the cocoa powder and mix in well.
4. Next, pipe the coconut chocolate mousse into your jars, you can also use individual glasses.
5. Pipe the whipped cream layer and decorate with some chopped chocolate.
6. Finally, slice strawberries into cubes and arrange on top of your cream.
So, there you have it, how easy was that?
