Sweet & Spicy Roasted Nuts!

These chili and maple-glazed roasted nuts make the perfect snack. Whether you choose to eat them on their own or with a cold beverage is up to you.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of Whole Almonds 85 gr
  • 1/2 Cup of Cashews 85 gr
  • 2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup 30 gr
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil 10 gr
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Teaspoon of Chili Flakes
  • Pinch of Himalayan Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 C)


  2. Place all the ingredients into a bowl. Toss well to coat all nuts.


  3. Transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper.


  4. Pop into the oven to bake for 10 - 15 minutes, or until nuts are golden brown.


  5. Let cool completely before storing or serving.
