Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries - 30 gr
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Blackberries - 30 gr
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries - 30 gr
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seed - 5 gr
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds - 10 gr
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice - 110 gr
  • 2 Tablespoons Oatmeal - 10 gr
  • 1 Medjool Date Pit removed
  • 5 Strawberries 70 gr

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until well combined.
  2. Pour into Cup, and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If you don't own a high-speed blender, transfer the frozen berries to the fridge the night before to defrost and finely chop the medjool date. You'll make life a lot easier for your blender.
